What roles can be assigned to members?

All user accounts function as general student accounts in Skill Success. They can purchase and take courses and acquire badges and certificates. In Skill Success Teams, roles can be designated to user accounts associated with the company account. Roles are as follows:

Company Admin

  • Owner of the company account

  • Account used to register for SS Teams

  • Ownership cannot be transferred, however

  • Registered email for login credentials can be changed

  • Full Access to Course Library

  • Company Dashboard Access

    • Subscription Renewal

    • Adding More Seats

    • Team Creation

    • Company Analytics

  • Team Dashboard Access

    • Team Management

    • Member Management

      • Add/Delete Members

      • Change Roles

      • Member Details and Analytics

      • Reset Member Password

    • Team Analytics

      • Data Report Download

Team Admin

  • Member of a team added through email invite

  • Can be assigned by Company Admin or other Team Admins of the same team

  • Full Access to Course Library

  • Team Dashboard Access

    • Team Management

    • Member Management

      • Add/Delete Members

      • Change Roles

      • Member Details and Analytics

      • Reset Member Password

    • Team Analytics

      • Data Report Download

Member

  • Member of a team added through email invite

  • The default role of all members added through email invite

  • Full Access to Course Library
