Pro-rated adding of users refers to the practice of adjusting the subscription end date for users who are added to a program or company account in the middle of a subscription/contract period. For example, if the contract’s start date is on January of 2023 and expires on January of 2024, with an initial agreement to fill 100 seats, if those seats are filled and your program/company needs to add more in May of 2023, their access will also expire on January of 2024. This ensures that all users have access to the program or company account for the same duration of time.
